Fragaria 'Ozark Beauty' is an Everbearing Strawberry which produces its first crop in spring and another in late summer or fall. Pretty clusters of white flowers appear in early spring and are followed by large, sweet, red berries which ripen in late spring to early summer. Strawberries are excellent eaten fresh or baked in pies and jams.
The Ozark Beauty Strawberry thrives in full sun in fertile, rich, loamy, moist, well-drained soils. Given a bit of winter shelter and care, these hardy growers can survive winter temperatures to -30 degrees!
