This small selection is quite dense and loaded with fragrant true blue conical flowers with a tiny yellow-orange eye in the center. This Proven Winners® Color Choice® selection blooms on new wood, non-stop from early summer through frost. Pugster® series offers improved hardiness and winter survival over other types of butterfly bush.
Pugster Blue® thrives in full sun and average, well-drained soils. It is deer resistant and can be drought tolerant once established. A true blue flower color is hard to find and will look great in any cottage or rustic garden setting.
