PRUNUS SUB AUTUMNALIS ROSEA
Grower Notes:

The Autumnalis Rosea Cherry, also known as Higan Cherry or Autumn Spring Cherry is a large ornamental cherry tree with a vase-shaped, half-open crown that blooms over a long period of time. It has semi-double to double, light pink flower clusters that are produced in November and again in spring. They are followed by small, black fruits that attract birds. Deep green foliage appears after the flowers drop, turning to warm shades of bronze and gold in fall.

This Autumn Spring Cherry thrives in moist, loamy, sandy, well-drained soils in full sun. Perfect for avenues, streets, parks, cemeteries and large gardens.
