AMAZING DAISIES® MARSHMALLOW SHASTA DAISY
Leucanthemum 'Marshmallow' is more commonly known as Marshmallow Shasta Daisy. It is a distinctive and highly floriferous Shasta Daisy known for its exceptionally full, fluffy, and textured blooms that resemble the sweet treat it's named after.
The large, 3-inch flowers are fully double, featuring layers of bright white, slightly recurving petals surrounding a small, lime-green to yellow center. This variety stands out for its unique, puffy appearance. It maintains a compact and tidy habit, reaching a medium size of 18-20 inches tall and wide.
'Marshmallow' is an excellent performer, blooming prolifically from early summer to late summer and requires full sun (or part sun in the hottest climates) and well-drained soil (crucial for winter survival). It is reliably hardy in USDA Zones 5-9.
'Marshmallow' Shasta Daisy is great for adding textural interest to garden beds, mass plantings, containers, and is a fantastic, long-lasting cut flower that also attracts bees and butterflies. Deadheading spent blooms will encourage a continuous display of flowers.
