Lagerstroemia BARISTA® 'Dark Roast' is a beautiful Crapemyrtle and is noteworthy for its dark foliage - one of the darkest leafed Crapemyrtle out there! Leaves have red undertones, especially near the tips of the stems. In late summer and early fall, bright fuchsia pink flowers are produced over a rounded, compact habit. It blooms on new wood with excellent mildew resistance for great flowering year after year.

Dark Roast Crapemyrtle thrives in full sun in rich, fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soil. It has great plant performance as far north as Michigan!
