Osaka Red Kale features emerging green cabbage leaves that turn purple-burgundy with a rosy red center. As temperatures cool, leaves turns a deeper red in the center and in the veins. Grow Osaka Red Kale in full to partial sun and fertile, organic-rich soil with ample drainage.
