Zone: 5SNOWFLAKE CANDYTUFT
Iberis sempervirens 'Snowflake' is commonly referred to as Snowflake Candytuft. It is a creeping, low-growing, woody-based perennial with beautiful large clusters of white flowers and evergreen leaves. When in bloom it attracts a wide assortment of butterflies and other beneficial pollinators. It offers a more consistent habit than other varieties.
Snowflake Candytuft thrives in full sun in average, well-drained soil. It can be drought tolerant once established. It will do poorly in consistently wet soils. The more light it receives, the more flower clusters it provides. It is ideal for borders, walkways or sprawling over rock gardens.
