CELESTIAL® RUTGERS DOGWOOD
The Celestial Flowering Dogwood is a hybrid between Cornus florida x Cornus kousa from Rutgers University. It is noteworthy for its vigorous habit and profuse white bract flowers. Its oval to elliptic, dark green leaves turn vibrant shades of purple and red in fall. It is a sterile dogwood and does not produce fruit. It has good resistance to anthracnose and borers.
