Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Gold Spangle' is commonly referred to as the Gold Spangle Sawara Falsecypress. It is a slow-growing, upright, broad pyramidal, threadleaf selection that features bright yellow thread-like foliage. Its foliage is a nice mix of fans and threads and it retains its gold color through the seasons.
The Gold Spangle Sawara Falsecypress enjoys full to part sun in rich, moist, well-drained soils.
