Brunnera macrophylla 'Silver Heart' PP24685 is commonly referred to as Silver Heart Heartleaf Bugloss. Similar to 'Looking Glass' with the silver with green edging and veining, heart-shaped leaves, but more vigorous and more heat tolerant. Sprays of small, cobalt blue forget-me-not flowers brighten shady areas in spring. Quite a delicate look for a tough plant that is both heat and humidity tolerant!
Silver Heart Brunnera is pest and disease resistant and thrives in full to part shade in organically rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils. Ideal for containers, beds, borders, and other shady naturalized areas.
