ACER PAL SHERWOOD FLAME
Grower Notes:

The Sherwood Flame Japanese Maple is a vigorous, small tree with a rounded top shape. It broadens with age and develops a more rounded, graceful form. Bright reddish-purple, star-shaped leaves emerge and remain well into summer, fading to reddish-green in late summer. In fall, foliage matures to a bright cherry red.

The Sherwood Flame thrives in filtered sun and is somewhat shade tolerant, however, its best color is displayed when it receives more sunlight. It prefers moist, organically rich, well-drained soil.
